Detects when a required dependency or config prerequisite is absent — never a silent green.
Evidence, not claims
Every state carries an evidence level: OBSERVED, CLAIMED, INFERRED, VERIFIED, or UNKNOWN. Nothing healthy without proof.
Environment & Runtime Specialist
A permanent, read-only specialist home: it can inspect, diagnose, and prepare repairs — never silently change production.
No fake green states
If no provider or runtime can prove a state, Runtime shows UNKNOWN or NOT_CONNECTED — never a healthy guess inferred from a URL. Every health call carries an evidence level, and every proposed repair stays PROPOSED until it passes Guardian, Audit, Owner, and Coordinator.
Where Runtime stops
Runtime asks “Is it running correctly?” It does not own these — they belong to other KleinHub products. Knowing the boundary is part of trusting the answer.

Performance Lab
MOVED desk for the Performance specialist (HOME_ONLY, Owner chat UNKNOWN). Read-only review. HTTP 200 is not HEALTHY. Not the AI Router Box.
Deployment Office
Build and deploy status, current versus expected SHA, failed or replaced deploys, deployment history. No automatic deploy.
Environment Office
Production / Staging / Development structure, environment drift, origin and domain mapping, safe config-presence checks.
